For 125 years, Coker members have worshipped and glorified God on these grounds - it’s time to celebrate!  Plans for Coker’s 125th Anniversary are in full swing.

The Anniversary Task Force has adopted the theme and logo for the year-long celebration.  “Blessings & Beyond honors our past and positions the church for future ministries,” says Bill Ault, Chair of the 125th Task Force.  “Excitement and plans are being generated throughout the congregation as revealed in recent reports from church committees, boards and councils.  To date, thirteen church organizations have identified goals and plans for celebrating Coker’s 125th Anniversary.  Members will soon see the theme and logo show up on church graphics, videos, letterheads, and signage.”

While activities will take place throughout 2008, the BIG WEEKEND EVENT will be celebrated on Saturday & Sunday, October 4 & 5, 2008.  Details for the celebrations and worship services are still being formulated, so watch for upcoming news on this weekend and mark your calendar now.

125  Days of Prayer

 
The Spiritual Enrichment Committee invites you to pray about praying during the 125 days preceding Coker's 125th Anniversary celebration in October.
