Our Energy for Christ Igniting Others

Grades 6 - 12

Catalyst is defined as a person whose talk, enthusiasm, or energy causes others to be more friendly, enthusiastic, or energetic.  Catalyst Student Ministries' main desire is to allow our energy for Christ to ignite others!  God blesses us every day with the opportunity to love Him and those around us.  As believers in Christ we are called to be a Catalyst for his love and grace.

For more information, contact Mary Anne Waldrip, Director of Student Ministries or Bethany Graham, Minister of Students and Young Adults.

Mission Trips.  Each summer the Junior High and Senior High groups help families whose homes are in need of repair.  The Senior High Mission Trip is usually a 10 day trip outside the state of Texas, while the Junior High Mission Trip is usually a 4-5 day trip within Texas.   These mission trips are life-changing experiences for anyone who participates.

Mission Opportunities in San Antonio.  Catalyst youth work in the community, sharing Christ's love with others by supporting ministries like Elf Louise, Christian Assistance Ministries (CAM), the Food Bank, Habitat for Humanity, and many others.

Concerts and other special events.
